CANADA STUDENT VISA INFORMATION UNDER SPP PROGRAM
Canada government has started a very special program for Indian students – SPP (student Partnership Program). This program allows Indian student to get visa very quickly and with minimal documentation. Canadian government has appointed few selected colleges to get admission under SPP (around 43 out of total 137 colleges).
All of these colleges offer high level of education and most of them are Govt. funded & community colleges
SPP program only offers Diploma, Advanced Diploma & Post-Graduate Diploma BUT NOT THE MASTER PROGRAM (comes under Non SPP Program).
REQUIREMENTS OF SPP PROGRAM
- Age up to 25 years.
- Process time: 15 to 20 days for visa procedure.
- Qualification:12th or All Diploma holders like 10+3, 10+2+3 or All bachelor's degree or all master's degree (Academic 50% or 55% or second class or above).
- IELTS Academic: Minimum 6.0 overall band or above.
1 year graduate diploma required 6.5 bands. Programs like pharmacy, physiotherapy, nursing requires overall 7 bands.
- College fees: CAD $ 11000 to 13000 for one year tuition fees. You must have to pay tuition fee in advance.(at least of First Semester)
- Bank Finance: Rs. 5, 00,000 to 10, 00,000 (Education loan is must & only education loan is acceptable) Depend on tuition fees paid by student to respective college for one or two semesters.
The student needs to have total sum of Rs. 7 to 8 lacs amount for getting Canada student visa. Once the student got visa and after completing two years course, they may be eligible up to 3 years open work permit. After completing 1 year of open work permit, they can apply for permanent residency for Canada through various immigration programs like
